Myonely is a user-driven listing platform that allows users to create or view listicles (“Listings”), vote on items within these Listings, and discover popular or trending items based on aggregated user votes.
2.2 No Warranty of Accuracy
While Myonely strives to foster transparent and accurate Listings, the information posted by users (including votes and item descriptions) may not always be verified. Myonely does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any user-generated content.
3.1 Voting System
Myonely uses user votes to determine the order or rank of items within Listings. These ranks are dynamic and may change over time as more votes are cast.
3.2 Changes to Rankings
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features related to voting and ranking at any time without prior notice. Any such changes do not constitute a waiver of any existing right or obligation.
3.3 Fair Use of Voting
Users are encouraged to cast genuine votes to maintain the integrity of the Listings. Attempting to manipulate votes through automated means or multiple accounts may result in account suspension or termination.
4.1 User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any text, images, videos, or other media (“Content”) you submit, post, or display on the Platform.

5.1 Ownership
Myonely retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its name, logo, trademarks, and any underlying software or technology.
5.2 User License
By posting Content to Myonely, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, or distribute your Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

7.1 No Endorsement
Listings and user votes do not imply Myonely’s endorsement or recommendation of any product, service, or organization. Any reliance on user-generated rankings is done at your own risk.
7.2 “As Is” Basis
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Myonely disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
7.3 No Guarantee of Continuity
Myonely does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee that any errors or defects will be corrected, or that the Platform will be free of viruses or harmful components.
8.1 Indirect Damages
Under no circumstances shall Myonely or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
8.2 Aggregate Liability
Myonely’s total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Myonely, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your Content, or any violation of these Terms.
10.1 Right to Terminate
Myonely reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms.
10.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall remain in effect.
