Initially operating from a rented building, the organization later acquired its own premises near Secunderabad railway station, inaugurated in April 2001 as a round-the-clock shelter. Over the years, under the leadership of directors such as Fr. Gopu Anand, Fr. Salibindla Balashowry, Fr. Bellamkonda Sudhakar, and the current director, Fr. Remalla Thomas (appointed in 2018), Don Bosco Navajeevan has expanded into multiple active centers, extending its support to slum communities and underprivileged youth.
